So it took almost three weeks but I picked out all 116 of my locs!
Today is the first day I have comb my hair in almost 7 years!
After a baby, three relationships, a few deaths, and a lot of joy and tears, I have decided to make a few changes in my life that I'm sure will all be positive. I hope all of you will continue the journey with me, from my loc sisters to my permies, because no matter what we do "to" ourselves, we are all still sistas on the common path of a more happy and fulfilled life!

You look beautiful. I have had my locs for two years and have moments where I want to pick them out. I just don't know how. You should share your process for sure. And you have to tell us more about the tattoo also.

hey shawnta--so this is why you haven't posted a vid for a while LOL! i'm sorry to see your locs go but i unverstand about changes. and you are still gorgeous loc'd, loose or whatever! i love the ink although i've never really envisioned one for myself, but it's FIERCE!!! much love and be blessed.

ok, I am just gonna say it, you look(ed) like a goddess with your locs, not everyone can rock locs like that!!! Now, with this hair,probably soon 2 b straight hair, u just look like everybody else, kinda like the difference between Halle Berry with her signature cut and her present look. U r still fierce though.
