GAWD I need to update!!

Why do I not feel like taking a billion pictures off the camera and making some posts?
I completed the Milani challenge....I used every single quad, some I like better than others.
I got off my arse and made a video


I've recently brought a heap load of blushes that I want to review for ya. I'm so in love with So Ceylon, but Brunette and Blond MSFs are calling me too.
Hopefully today I can get some posting mojo going and get some content up here.
Question for you fitness people aka B....How do you lose your gut with losing your boobs and ya butt? That's what I'm trying to figure out. LOL

I have been fighting this to. I always hear you can't control where your body looses weight. Its about your genetics. I also hear you can't spot train either.

I'm trying to figure out how I can recreate this. Of course I need to pin mine and I always pin to0 tight and end up in tears at some point.

For me I lose my gut when I do total body workouts and change my eating habits. I do a lot of cardio to burn fat and eat less bread/pasta/rice. To keep my girls and my bootyliciousness I weight train. So it's a lot of squatting/pull ups and fun stuff. The combo seems to keep me balanced. Things are lifted and tight.

hi shawnta--good to see you back! had been wondering if you were all right or if life was just temporarily catching up with ya! anyway, happy new year and i love the hair style--i am (patiently) waiting for my locs to get to that length so i can do some exotic twisty stuff like that and call it a style! LOL be blessed! janel

I so can't wait til my locks are longer!!!!

I have big boobs and no matter how much I workout and lose weight, they ain't going anywhere...I would think the same would occur with boobs and booty. No matter how small we get our body type will stay the same so if your boobs and booty are big they will still appear big when you lose weight...I'm also with SuzieC though, weights help keep everything tight and lifted.

Girl, to lose your guy without losing your boobs and butt....WEIGHTS...workout with weights...bodybuilding.com is where I go once a week for motivation, tips, etc...this will help you!
